新買的耳麥麥克風講話都沒聲音

新買的耳麥牌子是 KINYO EM-3628

他的麥克風很短 不能調整的那種

敏感度是-58dB

是不是因為太低了所以我在RC講話我同學都沒聽到?

如果是那應該怎麼辦?

退貨我有想過

可是他說拆開就不可退貨了

而且我把發票捐到發票箱了

所以該怎麼辦??
