網路最高下載速率一直不能超過1.2M

看來你是有所誤會了
也許大多數人也跟你有同樣誤解

一般業者賣的頻寬速度
講的10M/2M
其實後面還有個英文字
正確應該是 10Mbps / 2Mbps 此時的b是指bit

而電腦下載時 是以Mbps 的速度在下載
此時的 b 指的是 byte

因為1byte＝ 8bit （不要問我為什麼.因為老師是這樣教的）
所以一般業者賣得頻寬
你必須除以8
才會是 你真正下載時 能達到的最大速限
所以 10M（bit） 除以8 ＝ 1.25 M(byte)
因此  你的網路下載速度 很正常唷
所以不必去光纖業者那邊『冰的』啦
