《住展》預測　馬年北台灣新屋銷售率約4成

【王筱君／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌彙整，去年底開始，不到半年已有3位財經首長共發表了5次對房市的重要談話。究竟台北房市是否會泡沫化？《住展》雜誌研發長倪子仁表示：「房價不會泡沫、只會修正。」

據《住展》雜誌統計，近年北台灣新屋平均銷售率在4~5成，馬年建案銷售率受推案量高與實價登錄效應影響，要拉升銷售率難度頗高，預估北台灣整體銷售率將維持在4成左右。對建商而言，各工地成交市況好壞與否，訂價將是關鍵因素。
